The location is still quite good. You can walk or take the bus quickly from the train station. Location is excellent, right off the square overlooking the cathedral right in the heart of Aachen. Room was nice and large. There was no personal service, didn't see a member of staff at all. we knew a cleaner had been but thats it. Needs modernising. No aircon, small fan was provided but it did not do much to help. No usb socketed power to charge phones near bed. Beds were very comfortable but needs extra pillows. bathroom was excellent.

I have been staying for the second time. The problem is that the information about the stay (open door password) has not been sent to the mailbox according to the agreement. I always need to contact by phone. The overall feeling of staying is not bad!
