Amazing
VValleyTrailsCheck in was smooth; the room and service were excellent. Spacious with amenities such as washing machine, hob, coffee machine, fridge. Will definitely be back.
DDayanjinghemabaobaoHotel rooms and services maintain the style of old European hotels, but everything is available, the furniture and doors are very textured, look good and heavy, there are type C and USB charging ports, the room is very spacious. The key is very heavy, handed over to the front desk every day, and asked the front desk to ask for it again. There is an extra greeting and a feeling of going home. The Phillip housekeeper for breakfast will ask for coffee or tea every day, and then bring it to your table and chat a few words by the way. The hotel has laundry and taxi service, and the same platform and price as mobile phone taxis. Compared with other places in the old city, the environment here is elegant and not noisy. It is convenient to eat near the Peace Gate next to it. It is not far from the attractions by taxi.

Mixed experience â good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff.
We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotelâs location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache.
When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier â even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didnât help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room.
On top of that, the toilet bowl wasnât properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant.
We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members.
Unfortunately, we wouldnât stay here again.

AAladanshendanThis hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient â it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.

KKkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there itâs only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where youâll find the hotel reception desk.
Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM â perfect for picking up anything you need.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly.
My room was very comfortable â equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view.
On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for âŹ15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff â such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.
LLiguolanNot sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room.

GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

GGuest UserThis hotel was perfect location for city travel like metro central station ect which was excellent for me and my son for travel to and from linate airport 21 mins away on the bus metro line was easy to get to duomo and the train station was 4 mins walk. The hotel room was clean but very basic no kettle or tea and coffee had to buy at the reception every night I feel should have been included in the price for what I paid :( the reviews said staff was friendly only one member of staff was friendly the others couldnât be bothered especially when I wanted my tea at night they huffed and puffed. Considering youâre paying for it aswell and the cafeteria is actually very small and always empty so shouldnât have been a hassle for them but I feel like it was. The cleaner was absolutely lovely cleaned my room on the second day and offered to clean again the next day. Overall the location was perfect but the hotel was very basic quiet and felt quite lonely there no vibe just very sad and basic. I should have booked hotel surrounding areas but my reason for coming here was that a lot of people said they where friendly but I didnât feel that the place was dead tbh apart from one member of staff he keeps that place going with his happy personality but he isnât there all the time.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesnât feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you donât plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
