Amazing
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at your place it is very neat and tidy. Also the indoor design is so modern and simple, we like it so much. All the furniture and utensils are new and easy to use. Check-in and check-out is easy and service is good.
DDayanjinghemabaobaoThe hotel rooms and services maintain the style of an old-fashioned European hotel, yet are fully equipped. The furniture and doors are of high quality, pleasing to the eye and possessing a solid feel. There are Type-C and USB charging ports, and the rooms are spacious. The key is quite heavy; I hand it to the front desk each day and ask for it back upon returning, adding a touch of hospitality and a sense of homecoming. Phillip, the butler at breakfast, asks if you'd like coffee or tea each day, bringing it to your table and chatting briefly. The hotel offers laundry and taxi booking services, using the same platform and pricing as ride-hailing apps. Compared to other parts of the old town, the environment here is elegant and quiet. Dining options are convenient near the Peace Gate, and various attractions are easily accessible by taxi.
GGuest UserThis is my second stay here. It's close to the cathedral and other major attractions, and there's a bustling street downstairs with lots of food options.

AAladanshendanThis hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.

KKkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk.
Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need.
The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly.
My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view.
On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00.
A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
LLiguolanNot sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a great location; it's convenient for getting anywhere. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the central train station, making airport access quite smooth. The basic facilities are decent, with everything you need, although the rooms aren't very spacious and the amenities are a bit dated. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money, especially considering the price. There's a nice Turkish restaurant right outside the entrance.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
