"Good reception, we arrived early and the room was not ready. We left our things and went for a walk. The hotel is clean and well located. The price is correct for a real hotel in this area. The room was good, nothing to complain about."

Very Good
GGuest UserWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need
And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality
MMohamedAkl1We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book.
Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning
GGuest UserThe location is superb, and the service truly deserves five stars. The staff are highly professional and incredibly polite, and the security is top-notch. Every aspect, from room service and cleanliness to the front desk, security, and bell staff, was excellent and incredibly helpful. Specifically, Mohamed from room service was outstandingly cooperative, respectful, and efficient. The service is remarkably prompt, despite the hotel's modest size. It offers great comfort and a very peaceful atmosphere, which I'd highly recommend even for solo female travelers. This was my second stay, and both times have been extremely comfortable, thankfully. My only note is the lack of parking; the street outside can be quite busy. The value for money is excellent, and I sincerely hope they maintain their current pricing.
GGuest UserNo restaurant nearby except a fast food place within working distance.room service is on request and I have big amount of uncertainty shuttle is provided. On my way to leave I was very scared how a taxi driver behave. He keeps telling me that he's here by Whatsapp but I wasn't able to see him that far as the front usually completely with cars.
XXINLAN1. The location is good, within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, subway, and kazaz, which is a 1.3km walk from gobus tahir station, which is very downtown.
2. The hotel has an elevator, which is very rare. I have stayed in a nearby hotel which is also located in an old house. There is no elevator and I need to carry my luggage. The elevator is not big enough to accommodate about 4 people (without luggage), but it is much better than climbing stairs by yourself.
3. There is one triple room and one double room. The triple room is quite spacious and the standard room is not large enough.
4. There is no hot water kettle or hair dryer in the room, you can ask for it at the front desk, but the number of these two items in the entire hotel is limited, so I waited for a long time...
5. It’s more cost-effective to pay in US dollars than in Egyptian pounds. The exchange rate for paying Egyptian pounds is not so good.
6. Breakfast starts at 8:00. If you want to go to the Black and White Desert, the driver usually picks up at 7:30. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the rooftop restaurant to pack some (the restaurant is still preparing breakfast at 7:30, and the things that can be packed are limited. Eggs, bread, flatbread, jam, that’s all)
LLOICThe hotel is well placed near ramsis railway station and other go bus and blue bus station but the safeguard asking for tip because he bring luggage to the room is not good
GGuest UserYou can specify breakfast time. You can request what you want to eat from here. You must ask for room cleaning such as changing bath towels and throwing away garbage from here. It was good that the room did not need to change the plug. The location is on the 5th floor with a hotel sign at the entrance, but it is only when you do not take the elevator. Be careful of the elevator. When you rise, there is no door so don't be sandwiched. Within 10 minutes walk from the Archaeological Museum, the Koshari is delicious, the store with a lot of customers is a 5-minute walk, and the Tarihar Square and subway station are within a 15-minute walk, so there is no problem with the location. It is better to avoid walking late at night because there are many stray dogs, drunken and wanderers.
GGuest UserHygiene: Not very good, everything else is good, a few hundred meters away from the museum, more than 1 km from Cairo Tower, located in the city center
FF0.97Every thing was okay and really good compared to the money that you paying but in the night I can’t tell where is my hotel just you need more light. Thank you
