The hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and we felt very well taken care of. The interior design is also stylish and high-quality. However, the bathroom is transparent, which might make some guests uncomfortable. Also, the toilet is wall-mounted, which could feel a bit unstable for larger individuals. Upon check-in, we were given chocolates, and there were small cookies next to the coffee cups, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere and only ten minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport. Lots of bars and eateries near-by and not far from the main shopping area in one direction and the football stadium in the other. The bedroom was spacious and clean but pretty basic. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee) and the hotel had a small bar and seating area that was usually busy. A decent spot that is usually well-priced ( I was there for rugby and it was over-priced!)

The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. I think it would be amazing that it was a little bigger than 80cm, missing a large body towel, The dressing table is the coffee table.. which made it impossible to hang your clothes as long jackets and boil the water ... I recommend you to change the site or the coffee table and boiler or the dressing table, for the rest all right.

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

Very nice and helpful staff on reception.came into their own when my son lost his I phone and were really helpful. Rooms were clean and showers good..air con worked well Had kitchen facilities so useful. Metro and shops nearby and easy to use.. All round a good place to stay and convenient for local tours.
