3-Star Hotels in Glasgow

My stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. The staff on arrival were helpful and provided me with all necessary information upon check in. Sadly, I was disappointed when ordering from the hotel resturant. My son wanted a pizza and the menu provided a list of three types. When ordering, I was told that there was only one type which wasn’t listed on the menu. I found the food to be of substandard which is disappointing given the price. Equally on check out, I advised that the bathroom had a build up of dirt and hair around the shower tray. I was told “apologises, this is a housekeeping issue”. I voiced my disappointment regarding the food to just be told “sorry”. Lastly I expressed my disappointment that I was charged £12.99 per person for a breakfast buffet. I felt this was a bit steep considering my under 5 ate half a croissant. The front desk only advised that usually they did not charge for under 5’s and would need to take this up with the app I booked to is stay through. No solution or refund were offered.

Booked the ibis styles as a last minute getaway, check in was easy and staff were friendly, our room was a good size and very clean, nice sized shower with good power, bar area is relaxed and nice to sit have a drink in,would recommend this hotel and will go back again.

A memorable hotel stay seamlessly blends comfort, exceptional service, and local charm. The experience begins with a warm, efficient welcome that immediately washes away travel fatigue. Inside the room, pristine cleanliness and thoughtful design create a personal sanctuary, featuring a plush bed and modern amenities. Delightful surprises, like a stunning window view or complimentary local treats, elevate the atmosphere. Exceptional hospitality shines through attentive staff who anticipate needs without intruding. Dining experiences, from a vibrant breakfast buffet to artisan coffee, celebrate regional flavours. Ultimately, a perfect stay transforms a simple lodging choice into a relaxing, unforgettable highlight of the journey.

The cleanliness could be improved. On my first day, I found a pink rag on the floor. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service. You have to shower while standing in the bathtub. Overall, the price is acceptable, and the location is decent, but the hygiene is just average.

I really enjoyed my previous stay here, so I decided to come back, and it was a great choice again! The location and hospitality are both excellent, and it definitely contributed to making my trip more enjoyable.

The place was very clean , I called the hotel informing we will check in late and they check in was quick , the room was spacious and all basic necessities provided . The breakfast also had a variety and the staff was kind to provide a takeaway breakfast when we were leaving . The hotel staff were kind and helpful too overall will recommend this.

Could be better..we wish that the receiptionist have more knowledge on assisting customer regarding Glasgow activities and transport. Other than that everything better than our London stay..affordable stay but complete..just amenities we need to request

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us early in the morning to the airport and checked to see if recent roadworks were finished. The room was great and restaurant had lovely meals. This is a great place to stay in Glasgow.

Booked a twin room but requested for a double bed if available. Given a room for disabled, whice had no furniture AT ALL, except the bed. No side tablets even. Window pane was fixed. There's no ventilation from the room as pane is f8xed and to get to your room you’ll have to pass through a series of fire doors. Air inside is trapped from ages. I developed nasal congestion due to this. On top of this, we were charged with 5 GBP for keeping luggage in storage before check in. I don't recommend booking this hotel.

As expected from a premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. Decent location with no bad surprises. Not cheap for what you get, but reasonable price for Glasgow. Would stay here again.
