3-Star Hotels in Perth

We have been happy with the location, only that our room was downstairs and located right across from the toilets for the pub. It was very noisy. And you couldn't open the window, cause the window is towards the courtyard and there was a table right in front of the window and people who visit the pub can sit at tables in the courtyard. We would stay again but with a room upstairs 😉

It was very cosy and clean. Perfect. Quite nice to be free of WiFi. I could have paid but chose not to. Would recommend highly.

So happy I stumbled upon this gem in Perth! Very centrally located in town. Offered a compete hot breakfast that included homemade marmalade! Delicious! The room was comfortable with everything I needed. James was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend!

I like the hotel chain and I am happy with the price and service, everything is simple and tasteful

The hotel is located in the centre of Perth and is relatively close to the train station and the centre of Perth, so it is comfortable to walk and make excursions across the area. However, there are several aspects that should be improved. The breakfast was very small and very varied: every day they offered almost the same (a few cookies, toasts and a little hot breakfast), as well as having a very limited time, from 7:00 to 9:00. The most important thing was that we were assigned a room on the third floor without lift. In a hotel of this price, I think they should take more into account such situations or at least prioritize the lower floors for guests with a lot of baggage. In short, a good choice for your location, but with a room for improvement both in breakfast and in accessibility.
