GGuest UserFlat situated in a very residential area, quiet and of close proximity to city centre (around 15 mins walk)
Owner offered clear instructions for self check in ahead of time
Didn’t use the kitchen but seems well equipped
Pleasantly surprised that washing machine was also available (2 euros per wash) especially since we have been on the road for a while
Definitely recommend!
EErnestina8We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment). He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean.
Also the location is only a couple of minutes away from the old town so perfect for exploring.
GGuest UserIncredible location in the old town with a wonderful breakfast included. The owner was also very kind and helpful. Just be aware its an old building so lots of stairs and you can hear footsteps above you at night. Would definitely recommend staying as really was great service.
Ttoshi.srThe location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions such as the Diocletian Palace, and access to the harbor and bus terminals is also very good. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, and I felt it was an ideal location as a tourist base.
The view from the guest rooms was also impressive, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea of the Adriatic Sea and the lively bustle at the same time.
What impressed me especially was the staff's response. We found us approaching the hotel from a distance and rushed to the room to carry our luggage. I came to pick up my room at check-out, so I didn't have to carry heavy luggage myself, which was very helpful.
There was a step in the room, so I negatived it.
It is a hotel that can be recommended with confidence for those who visit split.
GGuest UserI was scheduled to stay for one night in split, so I stayed at this inn.
I don't know if I look at the address alone, but the hotel is on the top floor of the building and there is no elevator, so people with large carry cases have to carry the stairs themselves.
You might want to be careful about that.
I didn't meet the hotel on the day. It may not be suitable for people who are troublesome because they needed to exchange passport copies and information in advance.
The hotel itself was clean and there was no problem with spending.
DDan3232The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It was a little confusing to find at first, just need to enter the door and walk up the stairs to the top where 3 rooms are. The room had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was a huge plus. The only real downside was the soundproofing as you can hear people talking quite loudly in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Overall, a good stay.
GGuest UserExcellent place to stay in Croatia with nice and clean hotel style rooms as well as family rooms. Service is excellent and everything you need is complete
땡땡돌이2Located in Spirit's Old City, this hotel is ideal for sightseeing, with Diocletian's Palace, the Colonnade Square, Domnius Cathedral, and the Statue of Gregory Nin all within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, as it is an Airbnb-style hotel, you can cook your own meals. The staff are very friendly, and I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserGreat hostel, right by the coast so you can wake up and go for a walk right by the sea. Clean room, friendly staff. Cannot wait to come back!
