3-Star Hotels in Tangerang City

Nice room and clean. Near food paradise especially Pasar Lama Food Street. Great friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. The only thing is room window don't have much view but it's alright.

Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify. Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style. There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in. Check out was fast

The hotel is at least 40 mins away from CGK airport, its close to the road and a lot of convenient stores nearby. The staffs are overall friendly and accommodating and some can understand english which made our stay okay as foreigners. We booked 3 rooms which was upgraded from Deluxe to Prime Deluxe and we have kids with us. If you have any child that needs infants/child needs then I don’t recommend this hotel as they don’t have a babycot, sterilizer or other baby needs for the room. The room is spacious with a king sized bed but as we stay for 3 nights, the problem is the airconditioning in the room. Its quite old and had to wait for a day just to get the satisfaction for a tropical country. Another problem is the noise in the hallway. Our child sleeping woke up because of other guests staying in another room. The breakfast is okay but the food is not hot anymore and few options. I hope the property can improve as they are named convention center which means many people stay for events.

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. We booked two rooms and were able to get connecting rooms. My child's jacket was left behind, and they kindly sent it to my address via JNT. Thank you so much!

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Convenient & affordable. Cleanness is not bad for the room but the washroom is quite dirty. Hopefully they can improve & ensure the washroom is washed with a better smell before letting any customer check-in. Thank you. Ya Waduud 💚

Hotel very affordable, superbly located with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast and room design are average but the low price you pay explains it. Another positive thing is that there is a small swimming pool, but it need to be kept well maintained.

The service was great, the room was clean, and the location was very strategic.
