Clean rooms and very nice staff. The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.

The road to this hotel is bit difficult. But, they have the nameboard with direction in every corner which helps. In the morning they send message with google map location and how to find the hotel. Also, the menu to help you order in advance. The rooms are good. I booked three elite rooms, they where good. Bathroom was clean and large. I loved the woodwork. Every door, bed, cupboard, dresser, bathroom mirror everything was so beautifully carved in wooden. As per the theme of hotel (a fort. The food was budget friendly and was good. Staffs were good, complimentary breakfast buffet was good. They had bread, idly, vada, dosa, semi-ya upma, pongal and teas coffee. No complaints from my end.

The hotel location was fine and spread-ed over large area. But the overall environment looks dull as we planned on new year eve. The rooms are distributed in different clusters and seems isolated at times. The breakfast was included in package but had only limited options with no live dish option. Overall it was average experience.

The stay and service was good. Breakfast these days are being served to room which makes it hard to ask for refills via reception now and then, also food quality seems to have been reduced. Their menu this way has been shortened due to room service of breakfast, someday s they don't provide juice options as well. During our next stay, we are planning to avoid opting for the breakfast option due to the reduced quality and the menu items.

The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, they ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay.
