We had pre-checked in, so even though we arrived at the hotel after 8 pm, it was very convenient to get the key at the door by following the instructions! There are many restaurants near the hotel, so even if breakfast wasn't included, it was easy to find something nearby! The hotel's facilities were very thoughtful and user-friendly, which was excellent! If you're going to board a cruise ship at the Pier Trieste, this hotel is a great choice, as it's only a 5-minute walk from the cruise terminal!

Could not enter building after 7 unanswered calls.  Entered throng the help of another guest and cleaning woman.  No more boutique hotels that are not manned.  Where’s the hospitality?

In someone else's house, I knocked on the door and they didn't open the living room. They booked together. The friend helped to open the door. The soundproofing was particularly poor. Other guests walked around and were very noisy. When I went to pick up the luggage in the afternoon, they didn't mention the things that fell in the room? The only advantage is that there is a self-service kitchen.

On the way back from salento we did a pit stop here. Travelling with jdis and grand parents it was a great solution as it offered dinner (very authentic and delicious) and breakfast. The place was also great in nature with lots of green so it was also a nice little stop for the kids. Lots of beds in our suite. Only (slight) downside was theres no AC but we were in nature and kept windows open with the fans.

17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

A very friendly reception with personal note. The hotel is centrally located and has beautiful rooms. When staying with bicycles, the hotel is able to stay in the area. The parking lot is only 5 minutes walk from the train station when you arrive by car.

I would say that if someone asked me for a advice on hospitality and cleaning, I would tell him that it is a simple but clean hotel, decent and in a great position.
