Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGuest UserOur family of four booked a suite, but there were only two pairs of slippers provided. When we asked the front desk, they said all rooms uniformly only come with two pairs, which seems a bit unreasonable. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow, and there was always a long line, indicating that the hotel's management is seriously lacking.

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual.
My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries.
Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved.
In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day.
I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!

Kkhoo yin binThe location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. You have to pick up the keys from a mailbox, and they send you the details in advance.
There's a living room, TV, and a kitchen with a microwave and fridge, which is great.
The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, but unfortunately, there's a slight odor, which is the only downside.

1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply)
The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional.
The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint)
The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet)
They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!)
As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead.
Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel
provided.Very inconsiderate!!!
The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!!
If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!!
I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse seems to be in a newly completed building. Some owners have finished their renovations and started operations, while others are still undergoing construction. So, if you're in the unit during the day, expect a fair bit of construction noise. The location is decent; it's not too far to get to attractions by taxi.
My biggest complaint during this 3-night stay was the two bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom, in particular, was so cramped it was difficult to move around. Both bathrooms had small electric water heaters, and the water pressure was too low, making them inconvenient to use. The water heater piping in the common bathroom also had issues, as it was actually leaking.

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.

GGuest UserIt's hard tp reach to the property operator, as i'm not able to call the number mentioned in the post and keep msg them in trip but didn't answer on time and that time i'm stuck at gate due to waiting the room number for check in. Please write the instruction clearly for how to check in. Your NUMBER is ONLY FOR WHATAPPS MSG, NOT CALL.
The lift is horrible, u need to plan 40 minutes more just for waiting lift to go down to car park. Life always full ppl due to 1 lift is broken, another 2 lift not sync each others. So the lift keep open door for the floow there's no ppl.
