Our visit to this hotel was perfectly adequate. The traditional setting provided a nice sense of atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The onsen facilities themselves were clean and relaxing, meeting our expectations for a hot spring experience. Our room was spacious, but the amenities felt a little dated and could use some refreshment. Dinner and breakfast were included, offering a standard array of Japanese cuisine that was palatable, though not exceptional. The staff were polite. Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience.

Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style, so it was very good that children could choose what they liked. It was good that all the foods were easy to eat for vegetarians. Above all, the dishes were very delicious and I told my family that I wanted to go again. The hot springs were very comfortable and the children were happy. It was also attractive to be able to take a bath for 24 hours. I definitely want to go again.

The cospa was the best. It was 2 meals per night and all-you-can-drink at night. This is the second use of this term. I was beaten by the school discount ... (bitter smile). It was a little disappointing that when the parking lot was full and I parked in a remote place, I wonder if I wanted you to guide me a little better.
