AAnonymous UserFor a solo traveller, I am very glad to have chosen here for my 6 nights stay. The Omoromachi station is 3 mins walk away and made my traveling so much easy. I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly noisy; I couldn't get any sleep. The curtains weren't blackout, and the window faced a busy road, plus the windows weren't soundproof. The entire hotel felt more like an open apartment building, with all areas directly exposed to the outside, meaning no air conditioning in the common areas. The most shocking part was when the staff opened our door before 10 AM, well before check-out time. There was also a mirror with a super bright light that wouldn't turn off, and we eventually had to unplug it. It felt like the photos made everything look great and the facilities were new, but the management was really lacking. Also, everything, contrary to what the pictures suggested, came with an extra charge.

I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

GGuest UserClean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores. Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍
Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple . A few free basic supplies available and helpful.

• Facing Kokusai-dori, access to tourist spots was good. Convenient to go anywhere and perfect as a base for sightseeing.
• Good cost performance and comfortable while suppressing accommodation costs.
I'm worried.
• It was good that there was a smell of water red in the shower room and the cleaning was a little more thorough.
• I felt noisy at night because it was along Kokusai-dori. I think you can spend more comfortably if you have measures such as improving the soundproofing of the curtains.

CCyril Jhames MaglaqueFirst of all a lot of people don't get the purpose of these types of room. A small and single bed is meant for only staying for a night of couple days. Unless you're just trying to save money then this is definitely best for the budget, you get what you paid for. Yes its small but this is not a resort, the room is meant for people who likes to go outside and only need a place to sleep.
The problem with the room I had was the AC is too weak that I was having trouble sleeping at night because it's hot, I literally had to open the refrigerator and put it on max just to cool down the room. I wish there is a wall plug next or closer to the bed so I charge my phone while it's next to me. Next is the the pillow which it pretty uncomfortable for me because it has beans inside rather than cotton. And lastly the window, there is no point of putting a window if I can't even see outside. When you open the window there is another glass behind it that you cant see anything.
Checking out is easy, all you have to do is drop the key on the box but checking in is weird because I have to put my info on a iPad and take a video of myself and a picture of my passport. Please bring your passport when you're staying here but maybe an ordinary identification will be fine.

The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.
