Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.
Cchloe_ccThe bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together.
Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them.
Service: Non-existent.
Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place. For over a thousand a night, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it! You'd be better off staying at the Hilton next door. This was a poor choice.

Great
AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
EEsther PG LeeI will stay at the hotel when i visit Okinawa again! The location is excellent for shopping & visiting the seafood market. It is a fair bit of walking from the monorail station but it is so convenient to go around the city via Didi/Uber. The housekeeping is only done every 3 days but they change the towels and empty the bins everyday. Room is clean and spacious.
KKas1Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies.
However, the overall experience falls short.
The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy.
The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste.
The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available.
Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking.
The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training.
Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential
GGuest UserWe spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was the perfect base for a stay in Naha, it is very well located for the airport but buses and monorail stations are nearby too. The hotel is within walking distance of some of the main attractions in Naha but was very quiet at night for a good sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay.

Very Good
GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Nearby to airport which is around 15min by car. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. But they do charge 2000yen per day for car park.
GGuest UserAll excellent for us. Great location near monorail station.
2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity.
But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s ground floor feels like an art gallery — modern, minimalist, and thoughtfully designed. The concierge, café, and laundry area are all located on the second floor, where you’ll also find a display space showcasing artwork and merchandise by local artists, adding a charming creative touch.
Our room was clean and cozy, though slightly compact. We had to rearrange some furniture to open our luggage comfortably. The balcony was a highlight, offering a refreshing sea view and enhancing the overall relaxing, breezy atmosphere of the hotel.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfying.
While the immediate surroundings are relatively quiet, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, AEON mart, and the popular Kokusai Dori Street, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIt’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.
