Guest UserFantastic hotel! It's so quiet and incredibly clean, with a really refined feel to it. The location is excellent too, right near the entrance to Kokusai-dori and close to the 'Prefectural Office North Entrance' transportation hub.
The breakfast here is superb, served in the dining hall on the second floor. Plus, they offer complimentary tea and coffee in the evenings, which is a lovely touch. I highly recommend this as a base for anyone visiting Okinawa and staying in Naha.

The environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.

snowkeiPool temperature was warm and my kid loved it. Just wished it could be cleaner- there were some leaves in the pool. Breakfast was really nice, different options to choose. Wished there was more veggie stir fried options as sometimes we would like to go light in the morning. Room itself was nice, location superb, 15min to airport is also a huge plus.

Mela ChengThe hotel's location is excellent, with many convenience stores nearby and a 24-hour AEON supermarket within walking distance.
However, the room was not very clean, and the bedsheets were not changed daily. The curtains were too thin, so the room became very bright early in the morning, which affected my sleep.
The restaurant is quite small and offers limited food choices. In addition, the breakfast price of 3,300 yen is rather expensive considering the selection available.

canarypThe photo shows the view from my room.
The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

BroccolingThe biggest disappointment during our stay was the check-out experience. One of the front desk staff had a very unfriendly attitude and tone of voice, which made us feel unwelcome and not respected. It is possible that English was not their first language, but the overall service at check-out was disappointing.
Another downside was the parking fee, which was much more expensive than we expected. Since we were driving, it added a significant extra cost to our stay.
Other than these issues, we had a good stay. The room was well maintained and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was okay, within walking distance to the port. We also appreciated having a laundry room, which was very convenient.

Lululala77I spent very good time here.
Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction.
I was really satisfied.
Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean.
You can use bathtub and relax, too.
I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel.
Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor.
Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅)
please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view.
Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good.
Thank you.

eat-eat-play-playChecked in on a typhoon day, the streets were completely deserted 🌪️, and all the restaurants were closed. But the hotel became our strongest support! I was worried we'd be stuck eating instant noodles in the storm, but the hotel really went into 'fan-favorite mode' 💗:
✅ Heartwarming rescue 🆘: They gave out free, steaming hot curry rice 🍛 in the lobby. For stranded travelers, that warm meal was a lifesaver!
✅ Unlimited refills: The Club Lounge was incredibly well-stocked! Not only did they have various juices 🧃 and alcoholic beverages 🍾, but also Okinawan must-tries like peanut tofu (Jiimami Tofu) and Blue Seal ice cream 🍦.
I really want to emphasize: the desserts and hot food here truly comforted me ❤️

It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.

I like how they are few minutes walk away from the beach and shrine. Very much accessible to other stores, the only problem we had was it’s 14-15mins on foot from the situation and it was raining when we got there. We realized that it’s not that far from the airport and wouldn’t cost us much if we took the cab. We did that when we left the hotel because it was raining so much.
