3-Star Hotels in Budva

We stayed here for three days. We loved it. It was clean and tidy. New dishes, everything you need to cook lunch or dinner, and even coffee, they even brought coffee every day. Excellent service 👍 The location is convenient, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. And there's a restaurant on the ground floor, also excellent 🙏 Thank you and we'll be back. The photo shows our mess on our third day 🤭

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again.

Rest in this hotel in the comfort room with a small terrace and a separate entrance. It was truly a pleasure to spend time on the outdoor terrace with a view to the mountains. The room is very convenient with the kitchen, where you could cook a full lunch, dinner. A spacious room divided into zones looks like a studio apartment. Cleaning in the room, daily replacement of towels. Everything for comfortable accommodation. Recommended.

Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English. Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working. If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price.

Check in was easy as there was someone there waiting for me and she even helped me get my bag up the stairs. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp and they replied promptly. Hotel is located close to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food places on your doorstep. My particular room had no outside space and was looked over by the neighbouring building so I had to keep the curtains closed. I had booked the room with the garden but didnt get that room but I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or the online site I booked with. I was too hot on arrival to make an issue of it. For this reason I gave a 4 start instead of a five star. Would I recommend- for the price, location and room comfort, yes.

The hotel is very good, clean, 50 meters from the beach, very close to the old city, a few hundred meters along the beach, breakfast is also very rich. There is a parking space at the door.

This hotel is really good! The Wi-Fi in the room works EXCELLENTLY 👍 There's a hairdryer and a kettle. They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere. Pros: - quick check-in - free parking - clean room - easy check-out - the receptionist is always available - convenient location

Great location, but the parking is pretty awful in the garage under the hotel. For some reason they've platforms on the actual parking spaces that just about fit your car, so it's a lot more of a hassle than it should be. Since it's a hotel the power turns off when you leave, meaning your AC and fridge turn off. Having slept in the attic room, it would've been great if the AC could run all day for the room to stay cool.

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.
