GGuest UserThe service was excellent, especially the female front desk manager. Due to the negligence of the first hotel, I was charged twice, and this beautiful female manager helped me communicate with the original hotel and got the money back. Thank you so much! The restaurant service was also great, and the hygiene was impeccable. All in all, it completely exceeded expectations. As for the issue of the room not having a balcony, it was perfectly solved by the hotel's very affordable dry cleaning service. Highly recommended!!!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is a pleasure from the moment you check in. All the staff are friendly, always smiling and ready to answer your questions. They let us check in a little earlier than the official time, which was a welcome relief after all the flights and the transfer to the island.
The main thing I want to highlight is the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed at four hotels on Boracay, and none of the others came close.
Another major plus is the breakfast – it's really delicious, and I highly recommend including it when you book.
And the third positive point is its close proximity – just a 5-minute walk – to a less crowded part of the beach.
As a heads-up, the hotel doesn't have its own sun loungers since it's not beachfront. Our room faced the road, but it didn't bother us at all; we slept like logs.
What could be improved? The cleaning. For some reason, they only sweep the floors instead of washing them. Overall, the shower is showing its age, but we didn't have any issues with water.

AAngel FayeSuch a great location. Just a minute walk going to Willy's rock. Quiet and peaceful place. The staff, especially Angel and Beverly are such a gem. Friendly, accommodating, courteous, helpful yet professional. The chef, a cute and smiling face lady is also an additional plus factor of the place. Highly recommended!

MMaceh MarcelinoSituated in Station 3, beside the highway. It's near the beach for us. Room is okay, just on our 2nd day, saw a cockroach on the floor. Door was broken and made us skip our lunch due to maintenance trying to fix it.
Love the welcome as they have welcome drinks and help us carry our things to 3rdflr. But when the door in our room was broken and cause inconvenienced to us, didn't feel that they care, did not even apologize.
Stayed 3 days and there's only 3 choices for breakfast. We had to eat the same food twice.
