Outstanding
GGuest UserFantastic hotel! The location is pretty good, with the train station, subway, and various bus stops all within a five-minute walk. The hotel itself is new, well-maintained, and incredibly pleasing to the eye. The hostesses made an absolutely wonderful impression; they helped with everything, showed me around, and explained things. I stayed during the BTS concerts, and the hotel even had events for fans. Again, the hostesses explained everything, and it was so lovely to receive such hospitality and attention from these incredibly kind and delightful people. The rooms are clean, with a full set of bedding and a welcome message, plus a fully stocked mini-bar with everything from water to juices and sodas. Breakfast was included. At the hotel entrance, there's a chill-out area with a coffee machine and a fridge, and you can even sit outside for breakfast. It's a wonderful hotel; if I'm ever in Busan again, I'll definitely stay here!

AAnonymous UserLocation near Haeundae Market, easy transportation, bus stop next to guesthouse, many foods around, near to Haeundae Beach, no elevator, stairs up from the road, I’ve got 3rd floor, receptionist is on the 2nd floor. Free drinking water, microwave, cutlery. The host is very friendly and helpfull.
GGuest UserThis hostel has a fantastic vibe! Both the rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, so the location is really convenient!

MModoutanglaomaoThe location is great! There's a bus stop right outside the door, and the subway station is less than 600 meters away, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby.
Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious. The soundproofing is excellent too, even for rooms facing the main road.
The middle-aged lady at the front desk, who wore glasses, was incredibly friendly and spoke very good English.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an amazing area, even though the hotel entrance isn't on a very pretty street, the main road is just a few meters away. The only thing we didn't like is that the closet is tiny and only has two hangers. There's nowhere to put suitcases or clothes; you have to open and close your luggage on the floor to get things out. Even in the bathroom, there's no space for toiletries; it's barely big enough for toothbrushes, and there's no room for a toiletry bag. In that regard, it's very inconvenient.

Good
GGuest UserIt's a decent hotel for the price. It was very cheap on weekdays, about $22, and 50% more on weekends. Room 603 was spacious with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, but the shower faucet handle was broken, but it worked. The renovations definitely need updating, and the view from the window is decent, as shown in the building overview below. Overall, it's a good budget stay for a week. Definitely better than a hostel!
EELKIN OThe location was spot on right in the heart of Busan and so close to everything. The room was super clean and had a great vibe for a solo traveler. The staff were really chill and helpful which made my stay even better. Definitely a solid place to crash if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

GGuest UserI stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

GGuest UserI stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children.
There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
