Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve işini severek yapıyor. Her talebimiz hızlı ve nazik bir şekilde karşılandı. Bu kadar kaliteli hizmetin böylesine uygun bir fiyata sunulması gerçekten takdire şayan. Genel olarak konfor, temizlik, konum, kahvaltı ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentimin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde ilk tercihim olacak. Милый семейный отель, остановиться на одну ночь хорошо, больше точно нет. Комната очень маленькая, нас было 4 человека, поставили раскладушку в обычный номер и невозможно было ходить. Туалет и сама комната довольно неаккуратные, видно что делали сами. Зато завтрак и сама атмосфера были приятными, если хотите поддержать маленький семейный бизнес то можете остановиться на выходные. А еще балкон не закрывался и всю ночь из кафе играла громкая музыка, у кого чувствительный сон не советую
