FF SheikhThe rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed.
The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms.
The rest of our stay was great.
The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel for a quick getaway, mainly because as a five-star property with a pool and gym, the off-season price seemed very reasonable. Upon arrival, the experience was truly stunning! Our butler, Xiao Ai, contacted us in advance. Not only did we receive complimentary breakfast for our multi-night stay, but because it was the off-season, they even upgraded us to a 65-square-meter suite on a higher floor! The hotel's facilities, guest rooms, lobby, dining, and service were all genuinely five-star standard, truly exceeding expectations! The surrounding area is also very lively, with several commercial districts, some trendy and some more local, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. It was also very convenient for driving out of the city. Before we left, the housekeeping staff even gave us some adorable yak plushies, which we loved! This was the biggest little joy of our trip to Xining!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is elegant, with high floors and wide views, which makes people feel comfortable. There is also a humidifier in the room, which is very convenient. The facilities and equipment are all available, and the bedding is clean and tidy, which makes people feel comfortable. Xiao Guo from the hotel has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. He took the initiative to help us upgrade the king-size bed room with a view that I booked at the time to a deluxe king-size bed room with a view. He also patiently told me about the surrounding environment and food features, which made people feel very warm. The breakfast is rich and varied, delicious and tasty. The location is quiet and the transportation is convenient. In short, this stay experience is very satisfactory and highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserI will go home tomorrow. I will write this evaluation on the bed of the hotel. The first time I brought the whole family to Xining, I was really happy to meet this hotel. First of all, the hygiene is really good, there are disposable toilet pads, disposable toiletries, and the hygiene is very good every day. More importantly, this store is really operating with care, from the decoration style of the lobby to the facilities and equipment of the room, including hygiene, and the service attitude is impeccable. The various problems encountered in the accommodation, from the grassroots waiter to the manager, are solved in the first time, and the reply message is timely! ! ! When I left, the child liked the starfish soap in the room, and the manager sent a few more! ! ! ! I wish the hotel better and better! ! !
