FF SheikhThe rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed.
The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms.
The rest of our stay was great.
The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel for a quick getaway, mainly because as a five-star property with a pool and gym, the off-season price seemed very reasonable. Upon arrival, the experience was truly stunning! Our butler, Xiao Ai, contacted us in advance. Not only did we receive complimentary breakfast for our multi-night stay, but because it was the off-season, they even upgraded us to a 65-square-meter suite on a higher floor! The hotel's facilities, guest rooms, lobby, dining, and service were all genuinely five-star standard, truly exceeding expectations! The surrounding area is also very lively, with several commercial districts, some trendy and some more local, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. It was also very convenient for driving out of the city. Before we left, the housekeeping staff even gave us some adorable yak plushies, which we loved! This was the biggest little joy of our trip to Xining!

GGuest UserWho knows, family members! This time I stayed in a hotel that can be called a ”dream love shop”, and I must recommend it to everyone! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, the gorgeous and warm decoration directly captured me, and the fragrance smelled just right, instantly driving away the fatigue of the journey. The facilities and equipment are brand new and complete, the location is very good, the front desk lady 71 is super enthusiastic, the check-in is fast and considerate, and she also took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which is full of favorability!

GGuest UserXining Xinhualian Ocean Resort Hotel is awesome! The room was clean and elegant, the service was warm and thoughtful, the breakfast was rich, the room was well ventilated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I often stay at this hotel with friends. The environment is not to say. The supplies in the room are rich. The quality of slippers is very good. Water, coffee and tea can be used for free. Parking is also free. In short, the stay experience is very good. Recommended! ! !
