The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!

For my entire UAE trip, I booked Marriott hotels, and this Courtyard by Marriott in Abu Dhabi was truly excellent. The location is superb; just tell the taxi driver 'WTC mall' and you can't go wrong. The beach is a mere five-minute walk away, offering distant views of the Presidential Palace. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and it felt like the main dishes changed daily. The service was great too; the lobby staff helped us with taxis every day and were very enthusiastic. Right next to the hotel, there's a Middle Eastern restaurant called 'Seaside' which is very local and incredibly affordable – a meal for two won't cost more than 100 AED, and you'll definitely have leftovers! Highly recommend.

1. The Comfort Room fully matches the photos. It's spacious with stylish, new furniture. The room was cleaned daily. There's a fridge and a water filter in the room. A drinking water filter is a must-have – no need for bottled water! There's a pleasant scent throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms. 2. Location. I only fully appreciated the excellent city-center location on the third day of my stay. Yes, taxis don't pull right up to the hotel entrance, but they stop nearby just around the corner. 3. The breakfasts were wonderful. An excellent continental breakfast with a good selection. 4. There's also a small gym, a sauna, and a spa area. I definitely recommend this hotel and I'm glad I ultimately chose it. Some reviews were a bit misleading.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean. • Breakfast was decent. • The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues. Major cons (deal-breaker): • The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor. • The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th. • We almost did not sleep at all during the first night. • It is honestly hard to understand how a hotel positions itself as a place to stay while operating nightclubs with this level of noise. • The nightclub crowd and overall atmosphere at night seriously damage the feeling of safety and comfort. • The lobby is very small and feels underwhelming. • The rooftop pool is pointless — very small and not suitable for real relaxation. Bottom line: This is not a hotel for rest or sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or expect a comfortable stay, avoid this place. It may only suit guests who come specifically for nightlife and do not plan to sleep.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket. It's also a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the main attractions. They offer complimentary valet parking, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide slippers or toiletries.

Great stay as always. Have stayed at this hotel a few times previously and does not disappoint. Clean, tidy rooms, great location in the centre of town and friendly staff. Great place to stay as a base in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
