Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good. A special thank you to the staff at the front desk – they responded to all requests instantly. I checked out early in the morning, and they provided a packed lunch. The only minor point is the slightly steep uphill walk after a long day out.

My friend and I stayed for two nights in Sarajevo, and this Residence Inn offered excellent value for money. The cleanliness deserves full marks; both the room and common areas were spotless, which made our stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, and with two single beds plus a sofa bed, it was enough for the four of us. Although the facilities weren't brand new, they were practical and complete. The hotel's location was the most convenient aspect. We could walk to the Old Town and other main attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. There were also two good local restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find food in the evening. What surprised me was seeing quite a few Asian guests here, which suggests it's a popular choice with a good reputation. The overall environment and service were satisfying, making it suitable for both group travels with friends and solo trips. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Hotel Grad in Sarajevo is a nice little place. Quiet, clean, friendly service. It was even better than we had expected for this price. I recommend Hotel Grad!

The hotel is located in the core area of the center of Sarajevo, on the edge of the main road (in fact, the main road is very small), it is very convenient to walk to the scenic spot. Because Sarajevo is very small and the road is narrow, it is not recommended to drive, walking is the most convenient way to visit. The room is small, small, but very clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the wall of the entire hotel is a Sarajevo spray plotter, very distinctive, may also be the reason for her name color inn. The room also sent free Evian glass bottled water and bedtime snacks. The details of the hotel are very good, the staff is very warm and the service is very intimate. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many varieties of meat products, fruits and dairy products. Come to Sarajevo, staying at the colorful hotel is a very good choice. Behind the hotel is its own parking lot. I don't know what's going on. We called in advance to make an appointment and arrived at the scene. We said that we could not stop. Although the staff explained to us patiently, it may be the language reason. However, the problem of free parking was finally solved smoothly through Trip .

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Just inside the old city of Sarajevo, the place to go out is the place to stroll. It is probably the second closest hotel to the famous bridge, and it takes only a minute. It is noisy to live in the old city at night, and everything else is fine.

This hotel was temporarily booked after the itinerary changed. The location is very good. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful and helped me a lot. It is a very good experience. I will visit her next time.
