3-Star Hotels in Kas

My sister and I were travelling through Turkey and stayed 3 nights in Kas. We got to stay in the cutest cottage at Piccolo house that we didn't want to leave, it was so cosy, homely and surrounded by beautiful nature. This place is out of the main center of Kas so it's ideal if you have your own transportation, we hired a scooter for our time and it was amazing. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. There's a great pizza shop nearby and a stunning viewpoint for sunset down the road. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, we felt like family. Book this place, you won't regret it.

This hotel has a great location, very convenient, right next to the town's main street. There are four main supermarkets within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, served on the top floor in a nice environment. However, breakfast starts at 8 am, so if you book island hopping or kayaking tours, you might miss breakfast. The second floor is actually the first floor, so if you book a room on the first floor, you need to go downstairs. There's no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, so we didn't need to go up or down. We're unsure if they'll help with luggage. Rooms are in high demand. We booked three nights, and upon check-in, they told us we could have the first room for the first two nights, but we needed to change rooms for the last night. However, on the day of our stay, the front desk noticed we weren't happy about the room change and helped us arrange it so we didn't need to change rooms again. There's no room service during our stay. The room isn't very spacious, but it has a balcony where you can dry swimsuits and towels, and a small refrigerator. However, we felt the power would be cut off when we left the room (it uses a very special card connected to the key), so we wouldn't recommend leaving food like ice cream in the refrigerator. The blankets were thin towels, but that didn't matter because Antalya is very hot. The hotel receptionists were very kind and lent us sparkling water bottle openers and spoons.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

very good! New hotel! The room is clean and has a kitchen, the boss is very awkward and very warm! Hey, I didn't have breakfast, boss gave us breakfast for free, thank you very much! Had an overnight trip and chose this hotel for location which was perfect for visiting the centrum . Hotel was very welcoming and rooms was clean , bed was superbly comfortable and garden view was very quiet to allow for a great nights sleep . Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . Well done Isola 12  for a very pleasant overnight stay and will return again . David & Tina Batchelor .

Amazing Stay at Luna KAS! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luna KAS, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and beautiful beaches. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes. What truly sets Luna KAS apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always available to assist with any requests and providing excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, my stay at Luna KAS was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Отель хороший, приятные и чистые номера. В нашем номере были все удобства, в том числе холодильник и фен. Имелся небольшой балкон, на котором мы с удовольствием пили чай. В номере нет кухни и стиральной машины (возможна она есть в общей зоне, мы не уточняли). В отдельных отелях в Каше по сопоставимой цене кухни и стиральные машины имеются в номере. Утюг нам дали в номер без проблем на ресепшене. До центра 2 минуты пешком (дорога обратно в горку). Недалеко (минут 5-10 пешком) до амфитеатра , в котором по вечерам на закате играют музыканты. Мероприятия очень атмосферные и бесплатные. В целом отель хороший, оставил хорошие воспоминания о себе. Рекомендуем.

Very nice, cozy hotel. But the service in the rooms and the reception work leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, a very dirty room was provided, I contacted the reception three times with a request to clean, but the staff only nodded their heads and did nothing. There were three of us in the room and the bed for the third person was not prepared, despite repeated requests. The bed linen is of disgusting quality, the blanket was with some tangles. It is a pity that the hotel management is not interested in high service and creating an excellent reputation for the hotel. But I want to note the work of the staff at breakfast, everything was excellent. Previously, I vacationed in Kas at the Molino hotel, also on the peninsula, and there is simply perfect cleanliness and cleaning every day, excellent bed linen.

There are a lot of hotels on the peninsula. It may be due to the off-season in winter that many hotels are not open. This Peninsula Hotel is very good, with a good environment and a good view from the room. It has two small swimming pools. It will be very good for summer vacation👍. The room is a little smaller, but it's okay. There is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sea view and take pictures😄 Thank you very much to the guy at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of him, he is slightly fat, dark, and has a round face). In the evening and In the morning, he helped us charge the rented tram, and connected a long power ***** from the front desk. If we didn't recharge the electricity, we would probably be exhausted, and it wouldn't be enough to drive from Kas to Antalya. The hotel breakfast is also very good. It is not a buffet but is arranged according to the number of people. All in all, I feel very beautiful and happy on this island😀 Thank you🙏
