The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. I had a sudden trip during the Spring Festival and many hotels were sold out. After choosing for a long time, I accidentally saw this newly opened B&B. In fact, I have always preferred staying in hotels because many B&Bs are scams. There are countless B&Bs with similar hotel quality but located in beautiful scenery... But I didn't make any mistakes this time! The actual check-in experience is very good, with thoughtful decoration. The room quality is very satisfactory to the children and family. It is clean and cozy. The view overlooking the mountains and the distance gives you a full sense of vacation. It is a quiet place in the bustling Spring Festival! ! Very satisfied! (It would be even better if the breakfast was richer ~ haha)

It's very close to Moon Bay Scenic Area, and there are convenient restaurants in the village. The owner warmly recommended some good restaurants at reasonable prices. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated in a traditional Chinese style. However, the hot water was broken when I checked in, and there was no hot water from the evening until the next day. The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working the next morning. Breakfast was rather simple.

It is close to Moon Bay, on a high ground, with a beautiful sunset view, a terrace, and a restaurant facing Fuxian Lake. It is a great choice for a vacation. The hotel facilities seem simple, but nothing is missing, including important facilities such as showers and air conditioning. The owner helped with luggage and other things. The service was very enthusiastic and responsive. It really deserves to be ranked so high among local B&Bs. Although I only stayed for one night, I will come back to check in in the future.

The location of the room is good, the view on the balcony is very good, but the bedding, especially the pillows, is really uncomfortable. The uncomfortable place is that the refrigerator in the room booked at this price is broken. Although the housekeeper has been actively solving the problem, it has not been repaired in the end. Breakfast is relatively simple. Traveling must be more convenient to have a car by yourself. There are also many scenic spots around the community, but except for the beautiful lake, everything else is not satisfactory.

Facilities: There is a dedicated parking lot, and there are many local specialties around. You can also order takeout. Hygiene: The room is clean and odorless. Environment: The overall style of the hotel is very artistic, and you can see many details of the design. It has a taste of southern France. Green plants and flowers are all over the hotel. The observation deck has a great view of the lake. The lobby is also a cafe and restaurant. It is fully open. You can sit on the grass outside the lobby to drink coffee, sunbathe, and be in a daze. You can stay for a whole afternoon. Service: The whole service is very considerate and thoughtful, very humane. Breakfast is specially prepared for children. Small portions are enthusiastically helped to carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It is a particularly satisfactory stay experience. I have recommended it to my friends. I will choose to stay next time I come to Fuxian Lake!

Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
