Every morning, I'd step out to see clouds rolling through the valley below, with the sunrise painting the ridges in gold and pink. The room itself was modern and well-thought-out: smart controls, excellent water pressure, a spacious walk-in shower, and that crisp mountain chill seeping in at night. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, was attentive and helpful, and Xiao Yang handled check-in and check-out quickly. The breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff were responsive, and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

They have a sense of service, but it is more superficial. When checking in, the front desk received a call from a takeaway asking for directions. He kept talking on the phone for more than ten minutes and left us alone. The check-in process was not very pleasant. The next night, I don’t know why the room had no electricity. I waited at the door of the room for 10 to 20 minutes. Later, they said they would change us to another room. Although they kept apologizing, there was no compensation at all. In addition, the breakfast variety was too simple and the restaurant tasted average. In general, I still like this hotel. I hope it can do better.

Check-in was very fast; we got the room cards for three rooms in just a few minutes! We ordered one breakfast and the front desk even gave us an extra complimentary one. The room was spotlessly clean, and the disposable amenities were also very good, high quality. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, with a mall right downstairs that has everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The environment is really great and definitely worth recommending!
