GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The big leaf green dill in the room is very good, it looks very vibrant, and I feel that the whole room is a lot refreshing. The details of the bathroom are also very intimate, the countertops are clean and tidy, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and even the hair dryer is intimately fixed on the wall, which is super convenient to use. The overall environment is clean and comfortable, and the stay is particularly comfortable. I will choose this one next time!

ZzhujThe hotel is peacefully tucked away amidst beautiful surroundings, adjacent to Yulong Park. With no tall buildings nearby, even rooms on moderately high floors offer expansive views. It's just a short drive to the city center, but walking access is somewhat inconvenient.
The rooms are exceptionally large, spacious, and bright. The furniture and amenities are brand new, and the decor boasts exquisite craftsmanship and tasteful design. The beds are generously sized; the 1.35m double beds are even suitable for families with two young children. The bedding is comfortable, and a selection of pillow types is available. Toiletries and bottled water are amply supplied, and additional beverages along with welcome fruits are also provided. The washroom area is brightly lit, and hot water is instant.
The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient. On our check-in day, our room cards were prepared swiftly and well in advance. During check-out, they proactively inquired about our stay experience and even presented us with a small gift.

MMr xiaomuI drove back during the Spring Festival, passed through Ma'anshan, and booked a stay at this hotel. First of all, parking is convenient. The security guard helped us reserve a spot at the door for easy transportation of luggage. The hotel's service staff are also warm and thoughtful, responsive to all requests.
The hotel's facilities are quite new and the hardware is good. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. As for breakfast, it is clean and hygienic, and the variety is relatively rich. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。
環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。
服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。

It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The parking lot is spacious and free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place—it's a surefire hit!

It is very convenient to park by car, free parking, and the front desk ladies are also very enthusiastic and provide good service. The room card is prepared in advance, and the check-in is very fast. GGuest UserWe really chose the right place during this National Day holiday. We are far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and rivers to ourselves. The environment is really amazing, and there are also various activities for both adults and children to enjoy. The Naju View Twin Room I stayed in this time was of suitable size, well-equipped, and attentive room service. However, there was no elevator in the building and it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs with my suitcase. The sound insulation effect of the room was not very good. I was quite satisfied with other aspects. , especially the housekeeper Zhizhi, who came to work even though she was sick, was careful and meticulous, and answered all questions. I will choose here again next time, it’s a good experience!
