Hygienic: I found a few hairs on the bathroom floor. I think it's okay, but I still want to say that you should be careful when you check the room, because you don't have a hair or two.

When I had breakfast, my child felt that the potato was very sweet, and the housekeeper immediately sent us a bag. We brought our own barbecue, the housekeeper felt that we took the initiative to help us move tables and chairs, praise, praise, we brought our own hot pot ingredients at night, worried that we would be cold when we took the children to eat in the open air, and offered to help us open a private room and turn on the air conditioner, and even sent us a pot of drinks. 衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。
環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。
服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。

TTaopaodemiaomiao酒店位置和裝修風格可以給十分，度假放鬆的好地方。前台服務較差，辦理入住時禮貌的問了一下是否可以免費升房反問我升什麼房，你的權益衹有延時退房二小時，如果需要延時十二點前提前告知，我也衹能笑着感謝。禮貌的問了一下早餐餐廳在哪，前台隨即手指了指那邊，我們也衹能無奈應了一聲，入住後帶着孩子找尋了一圈在另一棟住宅。入住後進入房間空調十多分鐘就跳閘關閉，協調後換了一間，山裡天氣寒冷房間不暖和我能理解也能適應，無奈晚上放水洗澡，開了很久温度衹有我們夏日放的自來水温度左右、帶着孩子勉強沖洗後短訊給前台，前台説忘記跟我們説了説要多放一些時候，隨即一直開着水，温度依然温，無法洗，前台説讓師傅看一下，稍後發訊息告知天氣太冷水箱温度一直在43上不來，人體感知水温當然沒沒有四十多度，前台稱要送感冒沖劑隨即拒絕。早上餐廳就餐，阿姨告知衹有麪條和水餃，帶着孩子下了水餃和麪條，麪條衹有清水面，還是我張口問阿姨要了一個雞蛋。衹想説浪費了大美的風景。環境十分，體驗感5分。希望硬件有所提高，早餐質量希望能和一般民宿一樣，高低煮鍋白粥。不過回程時遇上下雪，非常感謝民宿的一位大叔反覆叮囑開車慢點。

GGuest User這次入住體驗真的超出預期！從踏入大堂開始就被温暖的氛圍包圍，前台小姐姐服務非常好，房間也特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，一整晚都睡得特別香。衞生間衞生做得很好，熱水供應及時，洗漱用品的味道也很清新。
