The boss is very good, will call in advance to communicate the precautions, and also upgrade the room. The room is equipped with a curtain projector and a tea table. It is also very comfortable to sit in the house and watch a movie and drink tea. The mineral water from Fat Dong is equipped with small snacks, which are all extra points. You can order food in the restaurant at night. The restaurant is quite big and there is a big round table. However, several dishes ordered at night are relatively salty. It is recommended to improve it. The breakfast is rich and the taste is good.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and felt very secure. The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive, and they were particularly friendly towards children. The hotel's location is super convenient with great transport links and all the amenities you could need nearby. We felt completely at ease and comfortable during our stay. I've always preferred staying at established hotels (great locations and good dining options), and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Located in the city center, opposite a plaza and garden, and a 10-minute walk from People's Park, it's perfect for an evening stroll. All three branches of Pang Donglai are only 2-3 kilometers away, and I finally got to visit the incredibly popular Pang Donglai! The hotel room was spacious, and they even provided fruit. A special mention goes to the hotel's Chinese restaurant: retired people tend to eat dinner early, so we went to the restaurant around 5 pm, but there was no one there. We asked the lobby manager, who immediately called the restaurant to inform them that we had hotel guests wanting to dine. The restaurant promptly turned on the lights and warmly welcomed us. Seeing that there were only two of us, they even told us not to order too much. We had authentic Yellow River carp and mutton stew noodles – delicious! Overall, a great experience!

Probably one of the best hotels in the area as recommended by our business partner, overall it's acceptable even though not top notch. I guess they are not very experience with receiving international customers that from processing passport check in to unavailable to accept international credit card are areas of improvement they can work on.

It's very convenient for getting around, not far from three Pang Dong Lai stores, and the hotel even provides electric tricycles. The staff respond very promptly to any issues and provide warm service. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast includes authentic local *hulatang*.
