Amazing
TTaimaGreat little studio. I could buy food in the little store provided and eat in the room. The little kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities. Very clean and quiet. I would definitely go back.
AAommy WattanaOverall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four.
Location & Transportation 📍🚌
Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes.
Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel.
Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day.
Room & Amenities 🛌
Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well.
Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own!
Dining & Service 🥐☕
Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day.
Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions.
Who is this hotel for? ✅
Ideal for travelers who have a car and want to avoid the high prices and traffic of central Paris, or families planning a ”split trip” between the city sights and Disneyland.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money and is incredibly close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for an overnight stay. The breakfast is also decent and more than enough. It's very quiet, and honestly, the only real 'downside' is the room size. While the rooms are small, they are generally quite clean.
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and offers great value for money. It's about a 10-euro Uber ride from the airport, which makes it very cost-effective for three people. It's an ideal choice if you're exploring the city and then need to catch an early morning flight the next day.
AAjeje BrazorfThe hotel is in a great location for reaching the fairgrounds or the airport. It has a convenient restaurant and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the room isn't cleaned during my stay, and the air conditioning and heating aren't adjustable, which is why I slept quite poorly.
Ccrystal:heartA good hotel for a one-night stay. Comfortable bed and pillows (high and low), you can hardly hear the planes, a large bathroom and the room itself. There is an iron and ironing board in the room. Good breakfast, there is hot food. Good shower.
Cons:
Dinner is expensive and there are few options, but for one time it is ok.
The rooms need renovation (old carpet, furniture). The toilet drain did not work well. There was no hair conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel and liquid soap.
If the price for this hotel is lower than other hotels at the airport, then I will definitely stay again.
Mmiss banzaiLove the style, chic and old school timeless. The rooms are super spacious and well decorated. The rate were fair, located near Charles the gaulleairport. The staff are nice and helpful. The check in a bit slow though because of only one staff. But it was fine. The hotel has two restaurants with decent foods. I totally recommend to come here. I love the vibe
GGuest UserVery disappointing stay
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all.
The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night.
On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either.
Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect
1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.
Merci beaucope for every employee works in Hotel Mercure Cergy Ponposie.
