There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. Compared to other airport hotels, this one is a bit further out. You have to drag your luggage quite a distance outdoors after getting off the Airport Express. The hotel itself is just okay; the rooms feel a bit dated. There's nothing else particularly noteworthy. If the price is right, it's an option.

The room quality was average; it seemed like an old room that had been renovated. The card reader even said 'Residence Inn,' which doesn't meet Courtyard's standards. The service attitude was above average. You can take the CDGVAL to the airport, but if you take the hotel shuttle, it costs an extra 8 euros, which isn't really worth it.

The room is quite spacious and offers great value for money. It's about a 10-euro Uber ride from the airport, which makes it very cost-effective for three people. It's an ideal choice if you're exploring the city and then need to catch an early morning flight the next day.

This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.

There was a feeling of cleanliness and the staff was nice to stay gently. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast deliciously. There was no subway and the transportation was a little bad, but it was a good accommodation experience.

The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

A great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent—especially the fish and chips, which my son absolutely loved. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Sandeep at the reception—she was exceptionally warm, cheerful, and always welcoming. She made our stay feel even more pleasant and went out of her way to support and help us whenever needed. Special thanks to her for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, and the toilet and shower were in separate, individual compartments, which felt perfect for situations like having an early morning flight or arriving late and being too tired to do much. It's a good place for a quick stopover. Downstairs, there are some drinks, snacks, and vegetarian options for sale, plus a microwave, so overall, it's quite convenient.
