An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

The location is very close to T1 and T3, and you can take a free monorail to get there. There's a welcome drink offered in the lobby, which can be juice or beer. The room is spacious and clean, and you need a key card to use the elevator. They don't provide water, a kettle, or toiletries.

The hotel is pleasant and spacious, located just a few minutes' walk from the CDGVAL if you choose to park your car in the airport car parks. The family loft rooms are large with a view of the airport. However, I advise against the restaurant: the prices are those of a proper restaurant, but the dishes are nothing like restaurant quality. For example, the pinsa costs €24, yet it strongly resembles the pre-cooked pinsa dough from Grand Frais. The entrecôte was tiny, served on a dessert plate with a baked potato cut in half… in short, save your money.

Overall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. Stayed for 1 night to catch a next morning flight. Didn't have the chance to use any of the facilities. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant is good with good atmosphere and ambient.

This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.

Eklo hotel for the price I rate it Good . The location is not for tourist please , if you’re looking to going to Paris and enjoying the Eiffel Tower among other activities in Paris do not book the Eklo in Cdg . You can book their hotel in Paris , we spent close to 200£ on transportation from Eklo Cdg to Paris and airport to hotel to and fro. Most uber rate start from 29£ to 35£ per trip and it when it’s late the price even go higher , cause we spent a few days we couldn’t be bothered trying to figure out the RER or metro there . There’s lots of traffic also when going from Cdg to Paris it takes upto an hour but coming back at night the road is usually free . The breakfast is good continental serve yourself I enjoyed it a lot . The room has no mirror but there mirror in the toilet . The room window can only be either opened in full or closed no half way or in between blinds opening or in summer the heat might be too much as ofcourse no AC or refrigerator in room . Eklo Cdg is good for people who are there on a work trip , while it’s close to airport it will stress you as a tourist .

The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

The location is close to the airport and airport shuttle is available for 7 euro and is easy to reserve. Despite being a bit old but room is clean and spacious. It has a small kitchen area and a microwave. The receptionist was a bit misleading with the transportation pick up, need to double check with another one.
