4-Star Hotels in Batu

Clean, nice villa, suitable for those who want to vacation together to Batu. 2 rooms are all on 2nd floor, bathroom only 1 downstairs. Minimal kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar are all prepared. Clean swimming pool. Location is not too far from the center of Batu City.

Stayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

Cleanliness needs to be considered again. There are many spider webs on the bed headrest and around the bed stand lamp. The room is spacious, suitable for families. Mosquito rackets are provided because there are so many mosquitoes in front of the door and garden. Sometimes some get in so you have to close the door quickly. Make sure to bring Soffell if you come here. The location of the hotel is the best. Highly recommended for a morning walk with a beautiful view of the mountains and gardens. The air is cool and not cold. The best morning you could ever ask!

Stayed here recently and honestly, overall it was a pretty lovely experience. The place itself has a nice, calming vibe, and once everything settled, it really felt worth it. But… check-in was a bit of a confusing. The staff told me that because of a Lebaran promo, my room got upgraded from Deluxe to a mountain view room. Naturally, I was happy. Thought I hit the jackpot, right? Well… turns out, not quite. When we got to the room, it felt a bit off straight away. Smaller space, tighter layout, and definitely not what you’d expect from a Deluxe upgrade. Turns out it was actually a Superior room, which is a level BELOW Deluxe. Felt a bit like being pranked, not gonna lie. And with three of us, it just didn’t work. Way too cramped. I ended up going back down, had a proper chat with the staff, and asked to be moved. To their credit, they handled it quite well. Got us back into the correct Deluxe room, and yeah… massive difference. The room was way more spacious, much quieter, and just felt right. Proper comfort. That’s when the stay finally clicked into place. So yeah, a bit of a shaky start, but it ended well. If anything, just DOUBLE CHECK your room type during check-in so you don’t get caught off guard like I did. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably. Just with a bit more attention at the front desk next time.

2 separate buildings, it's a bit troublesome to get from reception to building 2 carrying suitcases. The view on the 4th floor is cool. It's really cold at night

Its a nice villa and good location but my negative observation is that they clean the floor with a detergent and the don't wash it well with water so after swimming and walking on the floor its very slippery

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

The TV is big enough but it's starting to break a lot of color line. The plants are pretty good, the kids are happy ninep here
