4-Star Hotels in Batu

Clean, nice villa, suitable for those who want to vacation together to Batu. 2 rooms are all on 2nd floor, bathroom only 1 downstairs. Minimal kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar are all prepared. Clean swimming pool. Location is not too far from the center of Batu City.

First at all thank you for upgrade our room, actually it hard to make decision to stay at kusuma before, because of im not sure this hotel well maintain or not. We know that kusuma agro is one of the legendary hotel at Batu city ( remind that im still at primary school this hotel already exist) It surprised me, the building well maintain, no leak at all, no ceiling spot, water heater running well and the breakfast great My 3 years old baby really happy stay hill except the weird statue (he said annoyed sad face statue) Thank you for the staff also, it a great warm experience and ill be back soon

It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms. Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities). Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel.

Its a nice villa and good location but my negative observation is that they clean the floor with a detergent and the don't wash it well with water so after swimming and walking on the floor its very slippery

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

I'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because: 1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor). 2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush. 3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby. 4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs. 5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable. 6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles. 7. The hot water only worked for a short while. Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗

BBQ was given 3 pcs of coal .baked sausage is not suitable , 8 o'clock ask again at the infor closed. roof dingding 、 lamp hat a lot of spider webs. thermos place has a lot of dust. very rarely clean. The TV is big enough but it's starting to break a lot of color line. The plants are pretty good, the kids are happy ninep here
