Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room. Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city. Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

A bottle of mineral water cost 4 euros, the waiter said it was free, but I was forced to pay 8 euros, ***

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Everything you needed for your pre-flight stay was available at the hotel. There's a restaurant on site, plus a commercial restaurant across the street.

Great hotel! This is the best hotel where my wife and I have had to be, great architecture outside. The room itself is high ceilings and very clean, fresh repair!

Very new property. Due to the period, my choice is oriented to accomodations which allow the self check-in, without the need to get in contact with other people. After following an easy and quick procedure to provide my details, I received the codes of the building and my room. Very recommended for the location, just out of the property you are in a pedestrian area with bars, nice restaurants and any kind of shops.
