Perfect for a quick trip. The hotel is clean and everything was ”all good” during our stay.

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room.
Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied
Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

The hotel has convenient transportation and unique shape. The most important thing is that the hotel is new, clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is also good.
The room facilities are good and meet my taste. It was very quiet at night and I had enough sleep.
It is especially worth mentioning that the lady at the front desk has learned Chinese and is very friendly to Chinese people.

The room was big and comfortable. Location is near to the train station: getting to the city center took around10-15 minutes by foot. The breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly too. Recommend for a trip to Bergamo.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Очень удобный отель для кратковременного пребывания в Бергамо. Близко к вокзалу. В комнате все для удобнооо располодения. На кухне в свободном доступе чайник, микроволновка, холодилтних. Завтрак -это самостоятельно брать йогурт, масло, сок из холодильника, хлеб, бисквит. Два туалета с душевыми кабинками на четыре комнаты. После времени от'езда разрешено оставить вещи на некоторое время. Мы очень довольны, спасибо!

The location is 50m next to the old town square. Go out and turn left. In the core area of Bergamo, it is very convenient to come out early and take photos.
The downside is that cars cannot be reached directly, because the old town is prohibited and the car can be parked in a parking lot about 500m.

Номер - это комната со своим туалетом в квартире, где кроме нашей еще 3 таких же. Кровать удобная, предоставляется завтрак (йогурты, сок, печенье). Единственное неудобство было при заселении - нужно было ждать хозяйку, примерно полчаса.

Very new property. Due to the period, my choice is oriented to accomodations which allow the self check-in, without the need to get in contact with other people. After following an easy and quick procedure to provide my details, I received the codes of the building and my room. Very recommended for the location, just out of the property you are in a pedestrian area with bars, nice restaurants and any kind of shops.
