GaogaodezonglvshuThis was my first time staying at this hotel in Nagoya, and I have to admit, the room was really small, even for one person it felt cramped. Luckily, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the business district with Mitsukoshi and Matsuzakaya department stores nearby, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent, but the famed unagi don (eel rice bowl) never made an appearance. Also, when I went for breakfast on the second floor in the morning, there was no one at the restaurant entrance. I just stood there with my meal ticket, feeling a bit silly. After waiting for a while, I couldn't hold back and said, ”Is anyone here?” That's when a male staff member, who I believe was Southeast Asian, peeked out from a room next to the reception desk. He only stood up after seeing the meal ticket in my hand, and then I was finally able to enter the restaurant. I hope the hotel strengthens its staff's service awareness, especially the training for foreign employees. Only then can they attract more guests amidst fierce market competition.

YokkkyyyNice room and Onsen
I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park.
- Room is quite spacious and comfy.
- Bathroom is small.
- A space for little closet is good.
- Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging.
Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

Ling515We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.

Upon checking in, the front desk provides a tablet for guests to enter all their details, after which you receive a room door code. The room looks exactly like the photos, with the only drawbacks being a noticeably dirty sofa and carpet, and the hotel's somewhat remote location. The only nearby attraction is Osu Shopping Street; getting to other places feels quite a distance away. On the positive side, the fridge is large, and there's a washing machine, a small oven, and a microwave, along with a kitchenette for cooking. If only adults are staying, each person can download the Loop shared electric assist bicycle app, as the hotel has a station on the ground floor, and other nearby stations are also quite easy to find bikes at.

The room is spacious, with a simple kitchenette and a medium-sized refrigerator, allowing for some light cooking. There's also a laundry room. A FamilyMart convenience store is located right on the hotel's first floor, which is incredibly convenient. Suzuka Park is just outside the subway exit, offering a very pleasant environment. There are also many restaurant options nearby, so plenty of choices for dining.

Guest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit dated overall, its location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, and the rooms are quite spacious. The service was very thoughtful; on our second stay, they had already opened the connecting door between our two rooms based on our preferences from our first visit and had placed our luggage, which we had stored at the hotel, into the room beforehand.

Guest UserThe room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. The room had everything we needed and was super bright with amazing natural light. It was spacious enough to open all our large suitcases, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The gas stove, microwave, and large fridge were definitely traveler-friendly essentials. The view from the balcony was also fantastic. Both the room and bathroom had air conditioning and heating, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Nagoya!

The hotel staff at the entrance helped with my luggage. All the staff I met were very attentive, but their English was poor, making communication a bit difficult.
The interior was rather old, and you still need a key to open the door. Breakfast cost 2100 yen and had a lot of Japanese food; the Western food also tasted similar to Japanese food.
