"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. Nice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

A very satisfying stay. 1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process. 2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue. 3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up. 4. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only 5 minutes away, which is incredibly convenient. Every aspect of my stay was great, so of course, I signed up for a membership.

Parking is on the street at the back, not hotel's own. Thankfully no rain, or unloading/loading of luggages would be a hassle as you cannot stop at the front of the hotel. Super near Omicho market which is great! No smoking room in hotel, need to walk to nearest kombini for smokers. Cleanliness is good, no issues. Spacious enough for 4 luggages to open in the room. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

I stayed for 3 days then I extended for another 2 days,its a great hostel,,i really liked the 10th floor lounge area,great showers and the capsule was very nice but the mattress is not soft enough They give you pyjamas to sleep in and three towels, but there is no laundry, its a 10 minute walk away Plenty of food options nearby

The room size was decent for a solo traveler. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the free breakfast was just okay. The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. It's a 30-minute walk to Nagoya Castle, and all the main shopping areas are within a 7-15 minute walk. Don Quijote is only a 7-minute walk away, and I think the Daikoku Drugstore on the third floor across the street had cheaper items. Overall, it was good value for the price! On the way back, to avoid the hassle of carrying my luggage, I took the airport express for 2000 yen. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the live house we were visiting that weekend. The facilities were very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively area of Nagoya, and it was quite noisy outside until late at night. We personally didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and there was no noise from neighboring rooms, but it’s something worth keeping in mind.

The location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
