GGuest UserIt was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

RRayRayChanCentrally located in Hamra District, supermarkets and restaurants around. The service is average adequate , the place is clean and the Wi-Fi work. Normally for the price I would recommend a short stay. There are many hotels in the hamlet this trip with different standard. I will say this one is above average.

DDia0luvThe location was great, everything is very close to you. It’d a simple hotel with no breakfast. But it was good. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe there and they were very kind!

Xxiongj05Very good, costly performance. Very close to Pigeon Rock attractions, easy to go out! Breakfast service is offered and the waiters are very considerate. They will accompany you throughout your stay! I would stay here again next time!

GGuest UserPlace was a little dirty cleanliness was okay but not on point. Would recommend it for a couple but overall a little disappointed with certain stuff. You need to get your own bath amenities as the ones they provide are non existent they had to be requested.

Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

GGuest UserBecause they gave the wrong room key, they waited for 10 minutes while entering the rooms. However, the location is fine and the hotel is fine compared to most hotels in Beirut. The lack of parking space or contracted parking is a big disadvantage. If you come at night, you can find a vacant place, but there may not be an empty place during the day.

I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
