SSpringfieldThe Lancaster Hotel has always been great, with good customer service, location, hygiene, etc. It has always been my first choice for business trips to Beirut. However, I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness of the customer service staff and the timely response of the front desk during this stay, including the room change. Only the bathroom facilities after the room change were a little unsatisfactory, and the other feelings were almost perfect.

HHousseiniI was at room 102, it was a big room and so beautiful.. The breakfast was so tasty. There is a 50 meters gym, but it's not good and so small, there are only 4 machines for cardio, and they don't work.. In total the hotel is so great

Cccc4502Although it is a bit old, it is very good overall. There is free bottled water and a small balcony. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the high floors. The hotel can help you book a shuttle bus to the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the airport.

MMr. RadwanThe hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.
