The three rooms are decorated for hotel use. The housekeeper and chef will serve you. The three rooms are very beautiful, the public space is huge and open to rest, and the room on the second floor has a balcony. The only downside is the double bed, not King queen bed!

The Wayam hotel is ideally located for tourism at the well known Colón Ave. near down town, just a couple of blocks away from the new convention center. Rooms are beautiful and wide, very comfortables, just make sure you are not facing the avenue as traffic’s noise comes up. Pool on the 4th floor has a beautiful view but too cold. All personnel is very friendly but still too new and untrained for the hotel standards. Still, too new to be great and a bit overpriced but Management is eager to improve.

Great hotel with wonderful breakfasts and popsicles. Bit of an odd location, neither central nor near the Paseo de Montejo

The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!

The service is very good. Just got off the plane. Originally checkin your time very late. The accommodation directly arranged is very good. The room is average. There is no facing inside, room type, good.

This time I came to Merida to attend an international conference. Although this hotel is a little far from the city center, the taxi fare is only about 80MXN each time. The hotel quality is super good, breakfast is served from 6 o'clock, and the cost performance is super high! Highly recommended!
