The shower head couldn't be switched between the fixed and the handheld option. There are no USB charging ports for phones, which should be standard for 4 and 5-star hotels these days. The lobby, while pleasant, is too dark, and being at the entrance, it makes the hotel look like it's not open for business. The food seemed very expensive to me; there are much better and more affordable places to eat nearby."
