The room is a tree house built on the hillside, two floors up and down. The scenery is super beautiful. The room is also comfortable. Check in is convenient and fast. Very good experience.

The room was clean and tidy, the outdoor view was good, the room was very comfortable, the location was good, and there was a small swimming pool outdoors. The service is also very warm and thoughtful. The only downside is that under the aircraft channel, there will be sound when the plane flies, but Nielsen didn't have many planes, and the impact was not too big.

Suitable for children. Location is very good. Very few can also bring dogs. There is a coffee shop to bring dogs. There are diverse forms of accommodation. One bedroom, two bedrooms, use public kitchen, use public restrooms, self-housing car.

Nice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.

Great central location with restaurants and shops nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Onsite parking was also available.

Gill was very helpful when I requested to have two bedroom unit with two separated bathroom, she tried with efforts help me find one.

It is a hotel that is fully satisfying. The staff were very simple and answered the questions very hard. The room is very clean. The location is nice anyway.

Good value for money compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Nelson. Decor and comfort was good. A bit of noise from the music in the outside bar area in the early to mid evening, the speaker was right under our window, which might be a problem to some, not to us. Food was good , but a little on the expensive side for us, personally, Lovely location right on the water, lovely looking building.
