Returning guest here! The breakfast is great, and they offer free parking. The service is excellent. The rooms are new, comfortable, and very clean. Every staff member is incredibly warm and friendly. Anything you need is brought to you promptly.

I booked this for a friend who was on a business trip, and they specifically asked me to leave a good review. The hotel lobby is very stylish, the room layout is well-designed, and the desk is large with lighting perfect for working on a computer. The most important thing is the excellent soundproofing; even though it's in a busy downtown area, the room was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hygiene details were also well-handled. As the person who made the booking, I feel really reassured getting this kind of feedback. I'll choose this place again next time I need to.

Pros: The room was stylish and the kitchen was fully equipped. There's a supermarket about 100-200 meters to the right of the hotel entrance. It's also quite close to the Grand Mosque. Getting to the hotel from the airport by A1 bus was a bit tricky with Google Maps, as the walk from the stop was a little绕 (long/indirect). Cons: The room had a strong perfume scent, which, to a Chinese person, would definitely feel like the smell of poor-quality renovation materials (I recommend they stop spraying perfume). The shower water temperature was inconsistent – sometimes good, sometimes not hot at all. Also, the water pressure in the sink was very low.

A solid stay that lives up to Novotel standards. The staff were very nice, check‑in was smooth, and they helped with my suitcase and getting settled in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient — about 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, which was perfect as I had a very early flight. Check‑out was fast, and the staff helped book a taxi for 8 OMR. It’s more expensive than using OTAXI, the local taxi app, but expected for hotel-arranged transport. I also had dinner at the hotel, which was good, though priced at a premium compared to outside — again, normal for hotels. Overall, a very good stay and I recommend it.

The hotel's location is great, but the service was a bit slow. Parking is available in the B2 underground garage, but there's no direct elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up one floor, which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase. The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain.

nice and clean hotel, it looks modern and recently opened in 2024, the location is perfect in front of 2 big malls Grand and Avenues mall (walking distance) and near to Mall of Oman, Airport and Sultan Qaboos Mosque, It is almost near to most of the attractions by car. The staff especially in the restaurant is welcoming and friendly, the room service was ok ,sometimes they forgot to put towels and water but overall the room was clean, I totally recommend it, it is value of money

What a wonderful stay we had at Park Inn! From the moment you enter the hotel everything feels so well maintained, clean and service is high. The check in was smooth and the staff is very nice! The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable and the shower was amazing, especially the rain shower. The hotel from ground floor/lobby to the rooms are clean and all of it feels fresh. The breakfast in the hotel is definitely a must have when you visit this hotel, everything is freshly made, the options are in abundance and we had a joy having breakfast here daily. Points for improvements for this hotel from my point of view: why do they have a beautiful flat screen Samsung TV that's not Android/Google TV? We are living in 2026 and I just can't get over the fact that in a hotel like Park Inn you have a very poor choice of entertainment in your room. You can cast to the tv, but it works very badly and the built in web browser is just horrible to use on the tv. If possible I would recommend the hotel to just invest in this to make someones stay more pleasant. Another thing for improvement is the coffee bar. I had 2 coffees there, one regular cappuccino and 1 Spanish Latte and unfortunately for such a hotel, with an amazing breakfast and what looked like an amazing dinner experience and a lovely coffee bar, the coffee was just not good, especially not for the price you pay for it. This resulted in me going out daily with my car to different coffee shops to get decent coffee. Such a shame, because the machines and set-up look ok to have some good coffee, I suspect the coffee beans to be the culprit or that something needs to be checked. Other than these 2 minor points, this was definitely a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I want to return to whenever I visit Muscat again!

Excellent stay, the room was very spacious. Plus, they offer smoking rooms. Free parking is a huge plus, there was always a spot available no matter when we returned. The front desk staff was very welcoming. There's even complimentary chilled bottled water in the lobby. The room also came with its own refrigerator.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore. I particularly loved the breakfast spread each morning, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.
