I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Eagle view to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay.

Great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Kigali. Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were professional and efficient, and the service was smooth throughout. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Convenient location for getting around Kigali. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel,ideal for both business and short leisure stays.

Decent accommodation. Room in the shower was incredibly small though. Had to ask for a change of rooms

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

Their service was top-notch across board.. I give them 10/10

Rwanda is definitely beyond your expectations. The streets are clean and tidy. This hotel should be considered a great resort hotel in Rwanda. The environment is very elegant. The key is that the food inside is very cheap. The waiter is very good and highly recommended.

A comfortable hotel near the city center. Good breakfast and dinner menu. Spacious rooms. The only drawback is the see-through wall in the bathroom.

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

Similar to domestic homestays, there are washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, induction cookers, TVs, and very clean. There is a swimming pool outside. It is quite safe to live. It is close to the airport, but a little far from the city center, mainly traffic jams, others are fine!

It was great, they offer 24hr services. You can order food at anytime. The front desk is kind and available.
