4-Star Hotels in Baltimore

The room was very unique. We learned a lot about Carrollton. The breakfast was awesome and definitely the best part of the stay. We tried the jacuzzi in the bathroom and it was really nice. It’s also near many good restaurants and bakeries

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Good breakfast, smooth service communication, and close to the inner harbor

The environment is elegant and tidy, and the decoration is warm and generous. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very quiet. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. The front desk service is warm, the procedures are fast, and it feels very professional. There are plenty of parking spaces and easy to get in and out. The overall feeling is excellent value for money and it is a pleasant stay experience.
