Overall, it met our expectations. My child absolutely loved it and mentioned that the uncle driving the sightseeing buggy was very chatty and provided great service. The room was clean, and we could see the pool from our balcony. The family dinner was also delicious; we had the Sharen specialty meal, which is said to be good for the stomach and had a subtle herbal flavor. We checked in quite late, but the room service was available 24/7, which was a big plus. Since it was a weekend, there were many kids playing in the water, so my child had plenty of company. We're thinking of coming back next summer to try out the parent-child suite.

We booked a lake view room. During the Qingming Festival, the scenery was dreamy and intoxicating! The room was very clean and well-equipped, especially the faucet had a large water flow, which was very refreshing! The only drawback was that as a five-star hotel in the city, the supporting health facilities were seriously insufficient, and there was no simple table tennis room, which was disappointing😔
