"Overall, I'm very satisfied! The front desk even upgraded us to a premium sea-view room for free. Customer service, particularly Huiting, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The only minor downsides were the lack of disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners, and the floor had some fine sand when we checked in, so housekeeping could be improved. The facilities are a bit dated, but acceptable. It's definitely worth staying here."

"Checked in on September 30th, from the check-in felt very hot, my family helpless to endure 1 hour, really hot to sleep, called the hotel front desk, front desk came to see, said really not cold enough, then changed the next room to me, but still air conditioning is not cold, front desk attendant called the whole room The hotel air conditioning is like this, I had to accept, in this hotel without air conditioning, barely stayed two days, really a bad experience and very uncomfortable, booking hotels on trip.com for so many years, never happened this problem, this time really disappointed me."
