"Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Comfortable Service: Enthusiastic The package included an arcade and a children's play area, which my kids really enjoyed. The cliffside pool was a bit far, so unfortunately, we didn't get to visit it. The beach was quite clean though."

"Checked in on September 30th, from the check-in felt very hot, my family helpless to endure 1 hour, really hot to sleep, called the hotel front desk, front desk came to see, said really not cold enough, then changed the next room to me, but still air conditioning is not cold, front desk attendant called the whole room The hotel air conditioning is like this, I had to accept, in this hotel without air conditioning, barely stayed two days, really a bad experience and very uncomfortable, booking hotels on trip.com for so many years, never happened this problem, this time really disappointed me."
