The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. They thoughtfully arranged a surprise instant photo session for my client at the beach and even drew a lovely picture on the full-length mirror in the evening. The room included a foot cleaning service upon check-in, and complimentary snacks were provided. The hotel's location right next to the beach is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk away. The sailboat sunset tour also departs directly from the hotel's beach. Overall, the arrangements were very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!

The hotel is huge. It's a bit of a walk to the breakfast area. Also, this area is exclusive to hotel guests, as there's nothing else nearby. The beach is beautiful, but with so many guests, it feels a bit less private. The hotel's luxury feels more Western than Asian, which was a bit over-the-top for me and made it hard to relax. Considering the price, I didn't think it was particularly good, so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I used to like staying at Hennan Resorts in Boracay, this one however was quite a walk to the beach and had a bit of a struggle at night. Also, the rooms aren’t soundproof, on our last night, lots of people were loud around 1:30am (most likely late check in guests) without consideration. The next door neighbor were obviously heard making love. I am addressing this issue so it will be avoided. Overall stay wasn’t bad when it comes to the service and amenities but I am disappointed in how the rooms weren’t quiet enough since we paid extra for an upgrade. I was expecting my money’s worth.

Right in front of the beach once you step out of the hotel! What a fantastic location! Plus, with a private beach, I could relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also two types of pools, and the rooftop pool has a bar, which creates a great atmosphere! The mango parfait I had at the rooftop pool bar was the best mango dessert I've had on Boracay Island! You can get a parfait with plenty of mangoes for about 750 yen! I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed every day, which was enjoyable. The variety and quality of each dish were decent. While the air conditioning in the room was good, the toilet had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The shower water never got hot, staying lukewarm the whole time, and the water pressure was very weak. The hotel staff were wonderful, treating me kindly and politely.
