Capo Falcone Charming Apartments

Appena soggiornato in questo “residence”. Innanzitutto ringrazio tutte le persone della reception molto gentili cordiali e disponibili. Appartamento molto accogliente con giardino esterno fronte e retro. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale dove non mancava nulla, è tutto molto organizzato alla perfezione, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Anche la piscina Top per non parlare del bar dove Barbara molto simpatica e gentilissima. Anche il livello della pulizia è top, cosa che in questi tempi non è facile trovare. E inoltre si è a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia “La Pelosa” e dalla spiaggia “Il Gabbiano” Ampio parcheggio all’interno e anche alcuni parcheggi riservati all’esterno molto utili. Consiglio tantissimo questo posto per alloggiare e noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Location molto curata, pulita, tranquilla, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla pelosa Un scarsi gli appoggi per valigia e vestiti Mancano alcuni piccoli dettagli che x chi viaggia in aereo non se li porta da casa ad esempio un canovaccio, il sale (ho dovuto comprarne un pacco che ovviamente non ho portata via) Ma nel complesso ottima esperienza

Ottima location,minimal ma l'essenziale c'è,con accesso indipendente,tutto molto curato, vicinissima alla meravigliosa spiaggia della Pelosa e con piccoli spostamenti si raggiungono altre incantevoli spiagge. Gentilissime Debora e Patrizia

We booked this structure with a Superior apartment with balcony, we were given a ground floor apartment without a balcony and obviously without a sea view for which they asked us €3250 for 12 days, the structure was not as represented in the beautiful photos of the site and booking therefore an additional total disappointment from the manager of the structure who was really rude as at the moment we presented complaints where the apartment was tanned mind dirty untouchable sofa dirty bathroom hair in the bed he gave the justification that it is the fault of the previous guests who do not take care of the structure and did not solve the problem for us by replacing the apartment that we had actually booked, leaving us there, in fact we went to another hotel for five days due to the taste of the structure and the behavior of the manager

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura x 8 giorni e devo dire che non abbiamo trovato un difetto. Dal personale all’accoglienza di una gentilezza rara , alla struttura bellissima in un contesto da favola ai ragazzi della piscina sempre pronti a dare un consiglio sui posti da visitare. Non vedo l’ora di potervi ritornare.

We spent 1 week as a family in April 20022 in one of the apartments of the Capo Falcone Charming Appartments residence. There were 4 of us: 2 adults and 2 children in an apartment with 1 double bedroom and a living room, kitchen, dining room with sofa bed. The apartment was new (renovated) and very clean, simply furnished with a very nice bathroom and a small but efficient kitchen area. This was enough for us for a vacation, especially since there was a beautiful, large terrace and barbecues available. Reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker, hairdryer, towels, sheets, sponges, dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and capsules for first days, cutlery, pans, drainer... for meals and cleaning supplies. Shared washing machines. The staff is present and available. Quiet apartment with beautiful view of Capo Falcone and its tower and 5 minutes walk from the sea!! It's a windy place but the sun is out. 1 wonderful week with family. I highly recommend.
