Unfortunately, there was no indication when booking that parking spaces had to be booked before arrival.
Unfortunately, our apartment did not have air conditioning. It was difficult to ventilate at night as there is a busy railway line nearby.

Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful with enquiries about accommodation.
Large and bright rooms with good facilities and a small kitchen. Parking is available in front of the hotel or can be booked in the underground car park.

When we arrived, we used the self check-in and were given cards for a room that another guest had checked into. After a phone call that cost 50 euros, we were given a new room. The bed was very small and uncomfortable - the noise from the waste disposal facility from 7 a.m. onwards was terrible.

Der Begriff "Apartments" soll aber nicht benutzt werden, da es in den "Apartments-Zimmern" keine Küche, noch auch Kühlschrank gibt... selbst Check-in vor Ort oder mit der Hotelbird App, Sauberkeit und Lage sind perfekt.
