Delightful check-in experience, from front desk staff (Maissa) and most comfortable stay at my personal favorite room on 12th floor :). This is an overdue acknowledgment of Rotana Hotel, front desk staff that are professionally selected. Expressions of high quality management and training skills!

The hotel's wifi was subpar. It was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating, not good for that price. the dinner menu had some limited options to choose from. the service was ok, but overall it was basic. I was expecting much more from this.

The internet at the hotel was disappointing. It was slow didn't work properly, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel's lounge area was cozy, and I enjoyed spending time there with friends. Still, it's not good for influencers.

Super platinum, enough said, no need to waste the days of your life staying in another hotel in Sulaimaniya, perfect in every aspect. All characteristics of a perfectly maintained service is definitely found at this hotel, very nice and professional staff. Perfect place!

حالات تسمم كثيره اثناء اقامتنا فريق العمل في الفندق اقمنا في الفندق مع فريق اليونسيف حوالي ١٣٠ ستاف ممبر. من اول يوم واجهنا مشاكل في النزول ، ايضا عدم تطبيق اجراءات صحيه كافيه للطعام، هذا حدث جراء التخطيط والاداره غير الكافيه لمثل هكذا عدد من النزلاء. لا اوصي باجراء تجمعات كثيره في هذا الفندق. اوصي بتوخي الحذر من الطعام المقدم بهذا الفندق.

الغرف جيدة لكن فيها قياسات الغرف صغيرة ، فيها اختلاف عن ما انت حجزته، حيث العرف لشخصين + طفلين لاتكفي لسرير اضافي مع سرير طفل ، الابواب بين الحمام و الغرفة شفافة لاتصلح للعوائل حيث يمكن رؤية داخل الحمام من الخارج بسهولة النظافة ممتازة الخدمة ممتازة الاستقبال مميز
