The breakfast chef has very good cost control. There is nothing delicious but just messy pig food. The taste is not good. In short, the chef team is not good. It is the worst Shangri-La hotel I have ever been to. I cannot recommend it!

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Surabaya, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all modern amenities, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city skyline from my window was breathtaking. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s setup and daily housekeeping.
The facilities at the hotel are top-notch! The pool area is a beautiful oasis – a perfect place to relax. I also enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped for a good workout. But the real highlight for me was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the environment was serene, providing the perfect escape after a busy day.
Dining at Shangri-La Surabaya was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. Each meal was a treat for the taste buds, with attentive staff making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
